Ocean's of Love

Most of the prints that I do, are my own work.  Funnily enough, I think I can't draw.  I am certainly no artist.  I guess that is just my own being "down on myself" thing.  Takes me back to high school art class.... and then all the way through Fashion School.  I never thought I could draw, but somehow I got by.... and actually I got great marks! Caribbean island influences

At the age of 29 I had quit my high paying, high stress, glamorous job as Head Designer at Billabong South Africa to go sailing to the Caribbean.  Here I am in the messy chaotic design room at Billabong SA. Lauren has so many amazing sailing photos of her young family, its hard to decide which ones to share, but I do love this one of her with baby Carley and a lobster that is bigger than the baby. I will never forget my first phone call...

Once they had children they decided it was time for a bit more stability, so they started to look for a business to buy in the Caribbean.  The 2 islands they decided were "right" for them to move to, were either Tortola in the British Virgin...
